Desert temperatures between 15°C and 28°C at sunset are genuinely comfortable for children and adults. Book 24-48 hours ahead during the school holiday periods in December and February.

Is Mirdif far from the desert?
No. Mirdif is close to Emirates Road which runs directly toward the Lahbab desert. Drive time is 50-60 minutes, comparable to Marina and JBR guests despite Mirdif being on the opposite side of the city. The highway access is direct and there is no city traffic to navigate once you are on Emirates Road.
